ChatterBox offers a free trial of its services. By signing up for the free trial, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions of this agreement. At the end of the free trial period, you will not be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription.
By subscribing to ChatterBox, you agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses resulting from the use of or inability to use the service.
